Finally got around to making the last two batches of pesto today.
Total pesto for the year was 7 x small (150ml-ish) jars, at a rate of 1 full-grown basil plant per jar.

About Me
I'm Alex and I'm documenting the fifth year of edible gardening in an Auckland (NZ) garden. This year I have an appreciation for the importance of my mini tiered greenhouse for giving seedlings a kick-start.
